Jerome Weston

Jerome Weston is a cybersecurity and program leadership professional with extensive experience supporting defense and regulated environments. A former U.S. Navy IT professional, he has led and delivered large volumes of IT and cybersecurity initiatives, with a focus on compliance operationalization, vulnerability reduction, and mission execution.

Jerome founded Resilience Cyber Group to close the gap between compliance intent and operational execution—building a firm that produces verifiable security outcomes aligned to program schedules, not paper checklists. RCG operates as an execution extension to prime contractor delivery teams and serves as a trusted partner to the Huntsville/Redstone defense ecosystem.

His approach is implementation-first: deployed controls, evidence packages, and documentation that withstand third-party review. He brings the discipline of military service to every engagement—structured, mission-focused, and results-oriented.
